Proudcart ensures distributors' highest level of satisfaction for all orders placed online. We do our best to deliver your orders at the earliest possible time via the best possible courier partner. The entire post-purchase distributor experience will be seamless and smooth. We will keep you informed about the status updates for your orders placed with us.

For all orders placed through the IndiaShoppe online portal, the following terms (“Terms”) will apply for the shipping and delivery of your order:. Please note that these terms are subject to the terms and conditions, policies, etc. you agree to by registering yourself.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We do our best to get your orders delivered as soon as possible. Depending on the current situation and courier availability for pick-up, the orders will be shipped out from our warehouses nearest to your delivery address within 2–3 business days.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as courier partner denial, containment zone, etc., our customer care team will inform you about the expected delivery date.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Based on your delivery location and nearest warehouse, we ship the packages via reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, Pidge, Speedpost, etc.

As soon as your order is packed and ready to be shipped, tracking information will be updated and can be viewed from your order page itself.

For all orders, please allow 3–7 business days to be delivered to your location from the date you receive the tracking information.

Do you process free shipping?

Free delivery for all online orders within the permissible criteria of the company; however, based on distance and cart weight, a nominal shipping service fee will be collected at the time of accepting the order, which will be deducted from the wallet.

Do you process international shipping?

Currently, IndiaShoppe doesn’t ship items internationally. However, you will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please make sure that the delivery address is within India.

Do you have any hidden costs?

There are no hidden charges for orders placed online through the IndiaShoppe portal. The prices listed on each product page are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you will be paying us. For distributors, the product price will be different than for general/non-distributors.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for different orders?

There are chances where you probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for a few orders. Delivery times are influenced by your delivery location and shipment origin geographic location. It also factors in order size, destination, and the courier partner's time to deliver to your destination location.

Why are a few of my delivery locations not serviceable?

There are chances that you have probably noticed that a few of your destination locations are not serviced. This depends on the following:

As per state mandates, courier partners might not provide service.

There may be legal restrictions, if any, in shipping either due to containment zones or for any particular products for the destination location.

Availability of reliable courier partners to your destination location.

What if the orders received are damaged?

We do take the utmost care to get your orders delivered to you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package, please notify our team within 24 hours via email or phone. Our team will ask you to share a picture of the damaged package you received.

Do you have a self-pickup option?

Yes, you can place self-pickup orders from any of our nearest outlets. Kindly collect your orders within 2 business days from the date of placing them.

Self-pickup hours are:

  • Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m.–05:30 p.m.
  • Saturday,, 10:30 a.m.–01:30 p.m.
  • Sunday (Closed)
