Cancellation Policy Of Proud Cart

 

Proud Cart always ensures that your order is safely delivered to you within the promised delivery timeline. However, if you have ordered a wrong product you may cancel the order through your Proud Cart's Account.
If it is an Prepaid Order then, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with Proud Cart's Refund Policy.

A Cancellation Request shall not be made after your order is dispatched from the merchant's end.
Steps to follow while making a Cancellation:-

1. Login to Proud Cart's Account.
2. Go to My Orders> Cancel Order.
3. Select “The Reason For Cancellation”  (why you want to cancel your already placed order) & then, click on “Cancel Order”

Kindly Note:-

·         If it is a Prepaid Order then, your amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with Proud Cart's Refund Policy.

·         A cancellation request on Proud Cart shall not be made after your order is dispatched.

 

Ø  ORDER CANCELLATION BY PROUD CART OR ASSOCIATED MERCHANTS

Under some of the rare situations, Proud Cart or any of it's sellers can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be like:-

1.) Product is found out of stock with the particular seller.

2.} Restrictions on the number of products (quantity) you can order, as per the Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount by the seller.

3.) Incorrect pricing or the description of any of the product.

4.) Payment is found with any fraud or suspicion zone by Proud Cart's Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department.

5.) Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address mentioned while ordering on Proud Cart.

6.) Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners or any of the sellers with the Order Transfer Marketplace on Proud Cart.

Kindly Note:-

In case of any of the order's cancellation by any of Proud Cart's seller due to non-availability of the product, Proud Cart would transfer your order to another seller, who can fulfill your requirement.

Then also, if your order is not fulfilled by any of the Proud Cart's seller after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with Proud Cart's Refund Policy.

Proud Cart will notify you at your registered email address or phone number if an of the order's cancellation happens due to any reason.
