Proud Cart consistently work towards the protection of it's customer's interest. Hence, it offers an easy and streamlined process in order to return the products, whenever applicable.
1. How do I file a return request on Proud Cart? 

You can file a return request from your Proud Cart's account. By using the following instructions & using these steps: Sign In -> My Orders -> Request Return

You can file a Return Request within 7 days of order delivery. However, in case of any Damaged/any Missing/any Empty Package/any Wrong Product, the Return Request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.

-  Return Request shall be reviewed by Proud Cart's team.

-  If required in any case, request shall be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.

After the product is being received then, it is verified against your claim and then accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated.

Kindly note that the Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant.
